This service is a small price to pay to remain current on SWPPP criteria, particularly with the busy activity that accompanies our clients sites.On-site erosion and soil control monitoring is also available assuring that BMP’s are consistently in compliance. TSM offers a monitoring service that assures all BMP’s installed are maintained to keep each clients site compliant.
California state guidelines are being established for measuring effluent levels for storm water runoff. TSM is on the cutting edge of this compliance issue.
Effluent Level Testing
TSM has effluent level test kits and certified labs ready to verify the status of our clients storm water runoff.
TSM can provide a comprehensive Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. This includes Best Management Practices, a timeline for practical completion, complete BMP Site rendering and the appropriate compliance forms.

As of March 2003, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan must be formulated on commercial and/or residential sites of one(1)acre or more.
